Heating: Start the oil pump and send the conducting oil into the expansion tank until it
fills the
entire distillation system to prepare for subsequent heating of the distillation reactor.
Distillation: Heat the distillation reactor to 25O℃-400℃, and the waste oil/crude oil
will gradually produce
oil gas under the action of high-temperature distillation.
Multistage condensation: The oil gas will pass through the buffer tank, horizontal
condenser and catalytic tower
successively, and are further condensed into liquid fuel.
Decolorization&Deodorization: The liquid fuel oil enters the decolorization tank to
remove pigments and other
impurities by the adsorption effect of white clay, and then enters the filter for refining and
filtration to obtain
high quality and bright color diesel fuel.
Exhaust Gas Purification: The non-condensable gas goes through the water seal and then
can be used to
heat the distillation reactor to save investment cost; the exhaust gas generated during the
distillation process
will be purified and discharged compliant with standards.
