DOING fully continuous pyrolysis plant is developed using three core technologies: low-temperature pyrolysis technology, fully sealed technology and environmental exhaust gas purification technology. It can fully pyrolysis tire rubber powder and plastic particles to produce high value-added products such as fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire (tires).

Pre-treatment: If the raw material is waste tires or waste rubber, it needs to be processed into rubber blocks/rubber powder. The process includes drawing, crushing, and grinding.

    Pyrolysis Reactor: ①Made of thick boiler steel plate/ Q245R/ 345R/ stainless national standard steel, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, which is durableand stable; ②Standard arc-shaped pressure head design, can withstand high temperature and high pressure, which is pressed in one piece and not easy to crack.

Welding Process:   ①Automatic submerged arc welding process, prefabricated welding groove, welded on one side and formed on both sides to ensure that the equipment doesnot desolder or crack; ②The arc head and the pyrolysis reactor are smoothly welded and are not easily separated from the furnace body;
