Equipment handling and process

Put waste aluminum plastic materials into crusher for preliminary processing, and then put the crushed materials into grinder through wind conveyor
Grinder will grind the crushed materials into powder, meanwhile, circulation water cooling system is working to ensure the materials won’t be burned due to the high temperature
The grinding powder will enter an eddy-vibrating screen - the materials with small enough diameter will go to the electrostatic separator through the screen; bigger materials will be sent back to grinder for further grinding
Electrostatic separator to separate aluminum powder from plastic powder according to the different conductivity
Pulse dust removal system automatically removes dust throughout the process
