• Heat transfer oil pre-preparation: start the oil injection pump, send the heat transfer oil into the expansion tank, and the heat transfer oil fills the entire system through the expansion tube by its own weight, preparing for subsequent heating
• Distillation and impurity removal: Heating the distillation reactor to 250°C, the waste engine oil will generate oil gas under the action of high temperature distillation, and the water and bad emulsifiable oil in it will be fully volatilized
• Multi-stage condensation: The oil and gas pass through the buffer tank, horizontal condenser and catalytic tower successively, and are further catalyzed and condensed into light oil, diesel oil and heavy oil, and then enter the first/second/third fraction tank respectively
• Decolorization and deodorization: the crude oil enters the decolorization tank, uses the adsorption of clay to remove impurities such as pigments, and then enters the leaf filter for refining and filtration
• Purification treatment: the remaining non-condensable gas enters the tail gas purification system, and returns to the distillation reactor as fuel after purification; the flue gas generated during the combustion process is treated by the flue gas purification system-desulfurization purification tower and then discharged up to standard
